I love that it clicks right on and with the surface's kick stand is at the perfect angle. It has a real feel touch and it is just as accurate to the touch to use as my desktop key board. it would have been perfect if only there was a clasp r closure so that it"lcked" in place

This keyboard is similar to laptop keyboard. It is easy to adapt and take off when needed. I like everything about it but it would be nice if they came in different colors such as purple or teal.

great add on for surface for desk or lap use. flips out of the way when not needed and covers face to avoid scratches on surface. magnetic snap on and off. keys are labeled well and allows lot of shortcuts that allow you not to have to swipe with fingers

Very good accessory. Highly recommended. Attaches to the Surface securely but does not interfere with tablet functionality. Works well in combination with the Surface kickstand. Removes easily. Fully rotates to provide a screen cover. A little pricey but very functional.

Excellent Keyboard. No noticeable difference between an actual keyboard and the type cover. The buttons are adequate for extended typing. Only one gripe is the Fn button which is on the right hand side. I am used to that being on the left hand side.

Purchased so my daughter who uses the Surface as her primary device in college for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases would have a more natural mechanical keyboard feel. It is a bit pricey for just a keyboard, but my daughter loves it.

Overall I like this keyboard, but I have found that sometimes it does not record the keystrokes and misses a character. It isn't so bad when typing text because it is obvious, but it is worse when entering in a lot of numbers into a spreadsheet. Overall good keyboard.

The type cover is easy to attach and detach and feels like a real keyboard. It covers the screen nicely for protection. I wish there were color options and I could turn off the touch pad--I am always rubbing across it and typing somewhere else.

Works great with the surface pro. I plan to get the wireless adapter when I upgrade, which will be nice to be able to sit back a bit from the computer and not need a new keyboard. Feels like a regular keyboard when you type, which is great.

I didn't initially purchase the keyboard when I got the Surface but realized that using the keypad on the Surface wasn't good when doing documents because it covered half the working surface. So I added the keyboard attachment and love it!!

This is a good add-on for a Surface device. It has a good layout and a touchpad built in. It works best on a flat surface (such as a desk or table). It is very light. The downside is that it's little flimsy for use on one's lap (although it works OK there).

It clicks in with magnets. No software installation. Easy. Works great. Has a felt bottom so it won't slip. If you fold it back behind the tablet, the buttons go inactive, which is convenient so that no buttons get pressed by accident.

I enjoy this product because of how easily it attaches to the tablet[magnetic]. it also doubles as a screen protector[cases are not offered for this tablet]. once closed, the backside of the keyboard is hard and somewhat felt-material.

I recommend this keyboard over the other style. It feels like a real keyboard and doesn't feel so cheap. For the $10 difference in price, this one definitely seems better built, especially when you consider that they also double as the case/screen cover.

This is great for its weight that is light high efficiency when in use. It is a perfect match for my pad. The light weight add no recognized weight to the pc. it is the delight of those of us who compose messages and are frequent user of Microsoft word.

Definitely worth the extra $20 over the touch keyboard. Although the touch keyboard allows you to personalize it with a selection of colors and is soft to the touch, it's not very responsive. This mechanical keyboard looks sleek & professional in black.

I liked both the touch and the type covers when I tried them before purchase. I was talked into the type cover because everyone said it would be easier to use. I have not had any problems with it. I just wish it came in the colors that the touch covers do.

Like the keyboard a lot better than the soft touch. Tried the soft touch and could not feel if I was pushing the keys as I have less feelings in my fingertips. Would have been really nice to have options of the other colors. Very disappointed in that.

This is a really great keyboard with keys that are very responsive. For being small, the keyboard has a nice touch and is very comfortable to type on. I would recommend it to anyone who purchases a Surface Pro or the Surface RT.

Kind of upset the keyboard cost 100+, but it works fine. Definitely a lot better than the touch cover, if you get a keyboard, I'd suggest the type over the touch. It snaps in well, stays connected, and it has a great sleek look.
