If you have already decided to get a surface this accessory is kind of a no brainer, it really should have been included with the Surface, but I guess by selling it as a separate item it allows you to choose your color.

Since I use all kinds of different keyboards each day, I am not sure if it is my lack of dexterity or the keyboard itself, but sometimes I have to push the keys several times to get a response. Overall though, I am pleased with this purchase.

The Type cover is really great, easy to type, mouse is good. The only thing is that sometimes it seems the tablet does not recognize it for about a minute or 2. Other than that it is good.

Decided on the "type" cover for my new MS Surface and have found it a great add-on for me as I am a writer and wanted something functional and comfortable for writing on the fly or while traveling. So far, so good.

I purchased one for personal use and one for business and they are the same as far as keystrokes/typos go. This keyboard works well with the Surface and is much more user friendly than the other keyboards.

I check out both available keyboards for the Surface and I like the individual keys and opposed the the flat surface keyboard. It is set up just like the one on my desktop which makes it easy to use.

This by far is the best keyboard out there. I have one that I use on my Ipad and it doesn't compare to this one. I have large hands so this is even better to use. The responds on the keys is great.

Love this keyboard! Make my tablet feel like a laptop. The keyboard is durable. Take a bit to get use to the smaller typing area but it works great!

No problems. Much needed for this kind of tablet. Rubber is great, and keys are sensitive. Wish the keyboard was bigger, but that defeats the purpose of the size.

.....this is a must have with the RT Pro. I don't always want to use the touch screen and this fits into the leather case I bought for the PRO better than when I don't use the type cover.

Spend the extra money on this key board rather than the gel board, as any prolonged amount of time typing will be benefitted by this use

I am Still figuring out how to add apps I've been a Mac user for a while but work requires Adobe. I hate windows 8! Still have many questions about how to transfer programs from laptop but I do like it.

This keyboard work well with the Microsoft Surface. I love that the keys give me the "mechanical" feel like on a real keyboard, good product!

Touch pad is very sensitive but other than that it is great to actually punch a key and not hope that you touched a sensor.

I wanted a "real" keyboard and so I upgraded to this one instead of a touch. I'm very happy with this, and since it easily attaches & detaches, it's very convenient, too!

This keyboard is an ESSENTIAL addition to my Surface RT. I am really, really glad I opted to get this exact keyboard, slightly more expensive but well worth the upgrade.

When checking out the touch and type keyboards I like the response that the type keyboard gave, unlike the touch were you had to watch the screen. Was an easy choice on which one to get.

I purchased the Type cover after testing a Touch cover for a day. The increased tactile response allows me to type faster.

Just like a real keyboard! Able to type just as fast as any keyboard. Does not cause the hands to cramp up like the type cover did for me. Recommend the purchase!
