The Surface Pro 3 is already a fine tablet, using and adding this enhancement makes this a fully functional workplace laptop. I can use this equally well at my desk, working from my vehicle, or on the go. It makes the Surface Pro 3 the most flexible computer I have.

We purchased a lot of these to go with Surface Pro Units purchased for staff. Staff like the keyboard responsiveness. You just have to be sure if you lay the device down that the keyboard is on top. Otherwise you might have sleep/wake issues with the Surface Pro. This is a known Microsoft issue and remedies can be found online.

Mouse can be better with mouse sensitivity. Types well

This is a good keyboard and fits well with the tablet.

I actually really like this new version of the keyboard. I have had all three iterations, and all the features are better on this one. The keys "click" better and feel more solid. The mouse functions better, both in trackpad usage and in mouse clicks. It should still come with the Surface, but that is for another discussion.

Be careful when removing the keyboard and make sure not to yank it from one of the edges, the crease on the top edge of the keyboard looks like it can tear. Also if you don't have a screen protector this the keyboard will leave marks on your screen.

I really like the cover, the only down side is that it does not have a closure.

The keyboard is way to expensive and I know it's Microsoft fault. I had my keyboard for only 2 months and the mousepad on it is going. The one side of the pad sticks and the pad is becoming unresponsive. I did not have that problem with my felt keyboard for my old surface rt. Other than that I like the backlit feature.

Works really great, and doesn't take a lot of space

Nice but it takes a little getting used to coming off of a desktop keyboard.

There's not much to say about this item. It's a good keyboard for the Surface. It takes some getting used to if you're transitioning from a larger keyboard with a 10 key on the side. I'm getting better at it though. Each day there are fewer typos to correct.

It's a keyboard. And it's a cover. Low profile. Lightweight. Full functionality. The single button trackpad feels like a poorly implemented knockoff of the Mac version that handles "right-click" kind of clumsily, but it's really a minor complaint. Back lit keys are a nice plus too. This is a must for any surface owner.

The pen sucks, and the keyboard is not the best. Only option at my local store

This type cover keyboard is a necessary accessory for surface pro 3 tablet.

It's ok and flexible, but I guess i am still used to the regular keyboard.

Keyboard does not look sturdy. Microsft needs to work on its durabilty.

It works. It is a keyboard. What can you say? It does not stink. It works.

This will take time to get use to, and then I may have a better review
