A Solid Match For My Surface Pro 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all I absolutely LOVE Best Buy, so having a Best Buy-colored keyboard for my perfect tablet is a match made in heaven. No joke, Navy Blue is my favorite color so this was a natural selection for me. PROs: *A perfect fit for the Surface Pro 3 (matches the design and overall ascetics of the device). *Backlit keys. This is an invaluable feature as the majority of my work is done in dimly-lit environments. Although this feature also comes at a disadvantage too (see CONs list below). *Huge improvement on the trackpad from previous versions. It allows for less friction and more area to get work with--a huge plus. *Doesn't require charging or a battery which is a huge plus unlike Bluetooth keyboards. CONs: *A bit on the pricey side. While backlit keys are indeed a premium feature on ANY keyboard, this thin keyboard shouldn't really be $130, $89 or $99 would be much more reasonable. You can buy tablets and even a Chromebook for the price of this product. Generally speaking, it feels a little on the cheap side too. *Light bleed. Unlike the touch cover, there is significant light bleed between the keys. I would have much better preferred this light bleed be taken away seeing as though this was a third iteration of this product. *Felt on the bottom is susceptible to dirt and staining easily. *I would have also like a magnetic closure to make it more secure during transport. Overall impressions: This product is a must for any Surface Pro 3, especially of you aim to get any element of productivity from it. While I think it is priced on the high side, I think offering users different colors is nice, I would have like some additional features such as magnetic closure and elimination of the heavy light bleeding from between the keys. I would still recommend this product although it does have it's flaws, so I cannot give it a 5.

A Must Have with the Surface Pro 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A cover and a keyboard all in one is the way to go. The keys on the keyboard work so well it is even better than my laptop or my iPad Air. I cannot imagine purchasing the Microsoft Surface Pro without this.

You need this.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You want this. You will get this. Otherwise, what's the point of buying a Surface? The keyboard isn't the most comfortable to type on, but it's no worse than the new Macbook. The touchpad is accurate.

Great keyboard for surface pro 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keyboard for my husband when I bought him the surface pro 3. He loves it. He love the fact he don't have to use the screen keyboard. He also like the different colors the keyboard came in.

Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went ahead and got this when I purchased my surface pro 3. It was a must for what I use it for. I honestly have only taken it off a few times when using as a tablet, but 90% of the time I keep it on.

Keyboard works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this keyboard, it has good tactile feel and performs better than the other keyboards they sell. It costs more but is worth the extra money.

Great Accessory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the fact that it is backlit and relatively comfortable to type on this keyboard. The one I purchased, however, did not have the tab to store/hold the stylus, which was al little disappointing; and given that this feature is actually pictured on the device, it is a little misleading. Also, I read on other reviews that the trackpad sometimes has issues; although, I have yet to encounter any issues with the trackpad on my cover. (Worth noting that the issues were mentioned in an earlier release of Windows 8 about a year or so ago; by the now, the issues may have been resolved.) Bottom line: 5* (stars) and highly recommended. In fact, I would even go so far as to say this is a MUST HAVE accessory.

Good accessory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great add on for your surface pro 3. Backlit for use in low light. Multiple settings. Ie. Flat raised or flip back and it automatically turns off. Super easy to connect and disconnect from the surface.

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the surface pro 2 with the old keyboard and this one is so much better. It has better spacing since its larger and the mousepad actually clicks. Making it much easier to use. Overall good but, I still think the price is a little high for the product

Only keyboard needed for the Surface
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you bought a surface this is a must have accessory. It makes typing feel like a normal laptop. It has a slight mechanical feel, to let yoga know you pressed a key. And the mouse has awesome response.

Gotta have this for the Surface Pro 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a shame that this doesn't come with the SP3. As a keyboard it works fine and the track pad is as it should be. It's an extra $130 but you've got to have it to truly enjoy the Surface Pro 3.

Great Keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard was given as a gift with the Surface Pro 3. I love how easy it is to remove and reattach this. The keys also light up when you start typing which helps if you're not in a well lit area.

Gotta love color!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The texture is great and very thin and very easy to remove or add to the tablet. The board is small so the keys are tight, it does take a bit of getting use to. I have small fingers so I love it.

Surface pro 3 keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this keyboard. Unlike others I have seen used with ipads, this one has its own supprt underneath, so it doesn't bend or fold if the surface it is on is uneven. Also has a laptop style mouse.

A good keyboard, might buy a separate mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Surface in order to write and had read that some people did not find the keyboard comfortable for long periods of time. But I took a chance and am really glad that I did. The keyboard raises about 3/4 of an inch and creates just enough lift to be comfortable. I like the noise it makes-- so make note it is not a silent keyboard. The only thing I am missing is quick buttons to change music playing in background programs and the function keys are different from my dell. Furthermore, I may purchase a separate mouse because sometimes when I'm in desktop mode, it can be difficult to select text or scroll through a page (but the touch screen works wonderfully for that).

Great color - had to buy it here!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was an exclusive bestbuy color and by far the nicest in my opinion. Keyboard works great and the touchpad is a vast improvement on the surface pro 2 one. Nice touch to include a pen loop.

Got to get it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Must have this optional keyboard. It's a cover for the screen when closed, a keyboard for the laptop, and snaps off easy when you want just a tablet. It's magnetic! Love the purple color too.
