I like that it is a backlite keyboard...lightweight perfect

Before purchasing my surface pro keyboard I had to look online in different stores to see if there were any keyboards that were cheap because these rare not. Luckily i saw that Best Buy had some at good and low prices but had to see reviews and decided to buy it. I really love my purchase and haven't had problems with it.

Overall, if you get a Surface Pro 3, you essentially have to get a type cover. It protects your device as well as provide a good keyboard for your device. I only have two minor complaints about the device and one complaint I think is more about the overall design of the keyboard+SP3. First complaint is that sometimes the touchpad doesn't register the 2 finger scroll, or is just slow to respond. This doesn't happen too often but when it does, it bugs me. Secondly, when you cover the Surface Pro 3 with the touchcover, the device goes into sleep mode. However the slightest movement will disconnect the magnets that keep the type cover closed to the Surface Pro 3. So I think what happens sometimes is that I will close the Surface Pro 3, it goes to sleep, I put it in my bag, but then when I pick up my bag or go somewhere the slightest movements are opening the type cover from the surface pro 3 which causes the device to 'wake up'. So I will leave my office with a Surface Pro 3 that has a 100% battery, but then when I use the device later at night it has 85-90% battery left. These are only my suspicions though. Overall this is a must have accessory if you get the Surface Pro 3.

I loved this color right off the bat! It works wonderfully paired with the surface 3. I recommended this to others as well.

The keys themselves are great but the trackpad can get a bit annoying after a while. It's not as responsive as it should be.

We bought this for the Surface Pro 3. It's pretty standard and really doesn't have anything to rave about. It's tough but probably couldn't take too many tumbles.

Only problem I have is that it doesn't work well on a non flat surface. The keyboard doesn't stay flush to the surface. It is also too big to fit in my carrying case

Ours was an open box so I expected at least a little trouble. Nope. Works great and is sturdier than I would have thought.

I like the new color of the keyboard and the angle that it sits at. It is much more comfortable to use over the last version.

It is a fast and responsive keyboard. I wish it had a built in pen loop instead of the sticky pen loop you must attach in order to have the pen stay with the keyboard.

It is not the end of the world if you don't have it, but it sure makes life easier. My only complaint is you cannot flip it all the way back if you are using only the tablet. (I have mine in a case so acts more like a normal laptop.) So the magnetic attachment of the keyboard isn't important for that. However when I am using it out of the case the quick and easy way to attach and detach the keyboard is nice.

I bought it for the Surface Pro 3 . I like the different colors options they offer. Durable and protects the computer screen.

Easy on and easy off. Doubles as a screen protector too!

I like that it's colorful but when I type it's really sensitive I have to be really careful how I move my hands and fingers

I like this keyboard and it works so well with the Surface 3 Pro that I'm hard pressed to find anything I didn't like. But I'm not sure a "thicker" keyboard wouldn't have been better. Most people judge keyboards based on two factors, key travel (The rate and distance the key moves when you type on it, as well as, the resistance to motion) and key spacing (The distance between keys) Travel is limited, but the keys are responsive. If' you're an aggressive typist you might feel the keyboard bend when it's not on a flat surface. It's subtle but it does take getting use to. The key gap is nearly non-existent so you have to adjust your typing style to make smaller motions. That's the part that throws people when they change keyboards, but it's not something that a little diligence can't overcome. If the keyboard were thicker, you could have greater travel which would make some of the people that complain about the "feel" happier, but then they'd be unhappy with the bulk. It's a trade off. It only took me two weeks to get to the point where I type as fast on the Surface keyboard as I do on my laptop. Overall a great product, but you do need to give it a chance.

The track pad is not as sensitive as I would like, but I knew this was normal when I was choosing an SP3 Pro. Love the fact that it's powered by the SP3 itself.

The colors are vivid and the keyboard magnetics are good

It's a must have and works as it should. Only complaint is that it should be included with the purchase of the Surface.

I like the keyboard but when I am typing my palms hit the touchpad and move the cursor to a different field. Very annoying.
