If you're buying a Surface, you're probably a keyboard user. The Surface Pro 3 Type Covers are excellent - feels great, extremely thin, works well. Was skeptical at first that the Surface Pen would fit in the provided holder, but after first few times it fits well. Think ahead before you attach the holder to the Type Cover... once it's attached, that's pretty much it.

It looks sleek, protects when it is folded up and works very easily.

Miss the lighted keyboard of a PC. Greta and absolute must have with Surface Pro 3. Great and easy to use.

My only complaint is that the keyboard lacks the physical left right mouse buttons, but at least it clicks and feels like it click; unfortunately every time I click the mouse moves ever so slightly from where I intended to click. It is very sturdy though, and considering how thin it is makes it amazing. Really wonder why it smells like prunes new though...

I find that the keyboard is very work friendly. It does take time to get used to the spacing on the keyboard, but is much better than the typical add on keyboards that I've purchase for my Ipad. The back lighting is very helpful in using the surface like an Ipad. The only reason I give the product four stars instead of five is that I was expecting something more solid (i.e. plastic) in terms of a keyboard, but it is still very good.

I had a touch cover previously and couldn't stand it. It simply wasn't responsive enough for more than very casual use. My new type cover is a GREAT improvement: I can type as well and easily with it as with my full-size desktop keyboard, and it (so far) seems to be holding up well to everyday abuses. My only issue is that I cannot figure out how to get the on-screen keyboard to stop popping up while my touch cover is attached.

The keyboard takes alittle getting used to because it is smaller than what I am used to using....but it has alllll of the bells and whistles that I need and it and my new surface w/ the keyboard fits easily into my bag!! I do love my new toys....and use them almost every day.

The keyboard system is really nice for the Surface Pro 3. It's super slim, covers the screen, and definitely has a leg up on the surface 2 keyboards in that it magnetizes to the edge to make the keyboard slant a little so it's more comfortable typing. The magnets that hold it on are really great -- they're strong, and always seem to snap directly into place without a problem. There are only a few little drawbacks: 1). It doesn't hold the screen up at all, so unless you're on a table or hard surface, the screen will flop over on its face almost constantly (i.e. if you're on a couch or beanbag and shift a little). 2.) The touch pad is really small and kinda awkward to use, especially if it's on your lap. This shouldn't be a problem with the stylus, but old habits of user interface die hard. 3.) The stylus holder is a little loop that sticks on the back of the keyboard. It's stayed on for the first month we've had it, but it looks cheap... I really expected more from a system this expensive...

I looked up so many reviews before purchasing any color, I love red but noticed that it was to bright for my taste. It also looked a bit orange red. I was going to get black but that's no fun, and luckily they came out with the Navy just in time because it's a perfect Navy Blue. Not to bright not to dull but perfect to give your surface character.

This keyboard is comfortable and easy to use, and pretty sturdy.

I love this keyboard. It attaches very easily and works great!
