I love it! It connects to the Surface magnetically, so there is no fooling around trying to get it connected. It has a backlight, so you can always see your keys. Keys feel comfortable to the touch, makes typing comfortable. Awesome to sit on your lap, it doesn't get hot like a regular laptop would. Leave it connected when you're done, then fold it closed and its good protection for your Surface screen when you put it in your bag. Mouse pad is easy to use also. This is an absolute must if you purchase the Surface Pro 3!!

I purchased the type cover as an open box item. There were no visible signs that the product had usage. The product color and design is attractive. It works well with my surface 3. I am very pleased with the purchase

Full size keys make it easy to type on and it also serves as a basic protection for the tablet. Nice and lightweight but still sturdy.

An excellent keyboard for a tablet. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm comparing it to a full-size keyboard. For comparisons to an iPad keyboard (I don't know about other tablet types) I would give it a 5 star. Good backlight, good feel, just a slight amount of flex as you type.

This keyboard is good to have. My son uses it with the surface pro all of the time. It is light and attaches easily. I recommend it.

I really like this keyboard and find I am able to type for extended periods of time without feeling much different than when typing on my desktop keyboard. Love how it attaches/detaches to the tablet. Excellent design!

I purchased this keyboard along with my Surface Pro 3. It works seamlessly with the SP3, has backlighting (which is great), and detaches very easily. If I had a complaint, although I would categorize this as a user problem, is my tendency to accidentally touch the mouse pad while typing. There's no quicker way of moving the mouse pointer and finding that you're now typing on a completely different part of a document then intended. Again, I own this as my problem. Otherwise, no complaints about this keyboard.

The keyboard works well and I do like the fact that the keys are lighted. I prefer using mouse rather than mouse pad but the pad works well when I need to use it. My concern is if it will hold up in the long run. Nothing to indicate it will not but it looks a little flimsy.

Has been an excellent addition to my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 this accessory has added the needed feature for travel that I was looking for. Great features and had no issues with the ease of use it brings to my tablet.

Need for use with the Pro 3. Works great. It takes time getting used to but once you do typing on it is great. Only problem I have is that sometimes the Pro 3 doesn't see that the keyboard is attached after waking up from sleep mode. Hopefully a firmware update can resolve this.

Terrific help in using the Surface Pro. Nice full feature including feeling the keys click. Keyboard lights up making it useful in low light or night time. Nice magnetic connection keeps it connected with no problems.

Can't go wrong with the added accessories for my Surface Pro computer, especially with this keyboard. It small and fits perfect in my case. I use this one all the time and I have no issues linking it to my tablet.

Purchased this to go with my husbands Surface. Great purchase. Very happy with it. He is also able to use his wireless keyboard and mouse while running his graphics programs and not so confined to the small keyboard.

Great add on accessory for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, backlit keyboard is great during low light or night time typing. It is very responsive i recently also bought the red version of the cover. Great build quality!

The type cover works great. It protects the screen and makes it easier to carry the device around. I love the way the magnet makes it click in - solidly and in just the right place. It's so easy you can even do it one handed. Just really good engineering on that part. The typing is comfortable, even for someone like myself with larger than average hands. The Surface Pro 3 would not be complete without the keyboard, so really, my only negative about this item is simply that I had to purchase it. It just seems like a money grab when clearly the machine - especially at it's price point - should come with a keyboard.

The type cover very easily and consistently connects to the PRO 3. Tactile sensation during use is consistent and firm. The type cover appears to be built well for several years of use and consistent performance.

I can type reasonably well on this touch cover. What I wish is that it came with the surface, which feels naked without it. There's a bit of tactile feedback and it has a backlight. For something with such limiting engineering constraints they've done really well.
