I exchanged this keyboard for a different color. The keyboard works as advertised and gives me the opportunity to utilize my sp3 to its full potential.

Great keyboard for the surface pro 3 as it can also act as a cover to protect your device. I love the red color as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Works well, the trackpad can be a bit clunky when not on a flat surface. It works well as a protection for the Surface screen. Nice size, and obviously is the best option for the Surface Pro 3.

Good sensitivity with the trackpad and keys. The keyboard itself is very nice, easy to take off and also magnetized to the front for quick mobility.

Best accessory for the surface so slim and sleek and fully functioning keyboard. I love that is is so compact and easy to take on and off in a snap.

The Surface Pro 3 keyboard was a must have for me. I've wanted a Surface Pro for a long time, and so far it hasn't disappointed. The best of a tablet and laptop, and the keyboard is great. I have big hands, but I'm getting use to typing on it just fine. I got the purple one and it looks great! I love how it magnetically attaches & connects to the Surface Pro and it's easily removed when you want to use your device as just a tablet.

Very fluid to type on. I have written numerous papers with this keyboard, and it feels better to type on this than typing on a normal keyboard.

I love the keys, nice and large, backlit is a huge boon. The keyboard wraps up onto the screen slightly so the keyboard has a nice tilt, and puts the visible part of the screen right at the top of the keyboard. I rarely use the touch pad but it is nice in a pinch, and seems to not be overly sensitive - so I don't constantly reset my cursor position by accidentally touching it (a problem with other touchpad keyboards I've used) I do wish that MS would have included this with the Surface Pro 3, because in my mind having it is a must.

I'm glad I purchased this keyboard with my Surface Pro 3. It feels much better than a keyboard on a regular laptop. It automatically lights up with a back light when using. It's much thinner than a regular keyboard so doesn't take up much more space that the tablet itself and is very comfortable. It also protects the tablet and automatically shuts it down when closed. I wouldn't recommend buying the Surface Pro without it.

The Surface 3 keyboard is a much needed accessory for this unit. Actually I am using it to write this review. The keyboard is ultra thin and at times feels a bit bendy but hey, this is thin so that is to be expected. The keys are backlit which is a huge help at night and draws hardly any power. The keyboard input is magnetic so it snaps right into place when you need to use it and most importantly stays in place. Yes its expensive but you paid a big price for the surface so just buckle down and buy it and you will not regret the purchase.

I purchased Surface to replace a laptop so it was a no brainer to get the keyboard to. Connects easily and key pressures are very responsive.

So glad I went with the keyboard. Makes navigating the surface pro 3 easy. Also love the color.

Honestly, there's no doubt that this item is a must have for anyone buying a Surface. Its light, simple, and useful, a great combination.

It is a necessity in my option, for any laptop and the Surface pro is more of a laptop then a tablet. I like the keyboard because it lights up and is light weight and works well.

I am writing the review using this keyboard in a dark room. And its not a problem because these are backlit with option to make them brighter or completely turn the backlight off. Very easy keys, hardly have any travel. Make a clean sound, which helps type faster as you hear the feedback like a regular keyboard. I had used the touch keyboard before, but that needed some getting used to. This one is just fine, right out of the box. The multi touch mouse pad is better than any I have used on a laptop even. Smooth and responsive.

The product is great, but it's pretty pricy as it is essentially needed for a good experience. As a side notw, the pen holder fell off immediately, so don't trust that too much!

This keyboard is perfect also removes and flips around so as not to be in the way. Super light weight and protective at the same time.

The keyboard is a must for the Surface Pro3 if you are going to use it for business. It is very light weight and functions beautifully.

For a tablet attached key board this is a great addition to the tablet pro. Powered by the tablet computer, it has back lit keys for late night work, a true mouse and a pretty good key board. It is magnetically attached and sits at a comfortable angle for typing. If you want to use your Pro as a desk top, then get the docking station and a full key board and mouse. Other than that, get this attached to your pro and watch others in meetings struggle with their Apple Tablets and somewhat linked keyboards envy your set up! Durability is my only worry over time. Will it last several years?? Only reason rating it 4 stars.
