Was expecting serial code with the product... there was none. Reused old Win7 code found on a sticker and that saved the day. Was about to return it but it's too much hassle to do so. Bestbuy description, 1 star. Win10 OS, 5 stars.

Built a new pc and needed an o/s. I’m not really a fan of this piece of software mainly because of the data collecting it does. Even restricting it, it sends more back to MS than I’m happy about but it’s needed because I’m not the only user in the house.
