When I tried to install it the code came back as error that states "The product Key you entered didn't work. Check the produce key and try again or enter a different one." I tried to notify Best Buy's service desk and they were no help. They admitted that this has been an issue in the past and they will give me a refund but they have not done so to date. It is now 3 weeks after the initial request was made
