After computer reboot, Win 10 Pro appears to have been installed. Don't understand why install crashed toward the end of the install process.

Each time I enter the key, it always tells me the key is invalid. And making an appointment with the geek squad can be a headache as well. I do a lot of work on my computer and being without it for several days is not good business for me.

Since I'm trying to upgrade from Win7Pro to Win10Pro, this is useless. Either e-mail me the link for the upgrade (I do not want an installation, I want an upgrade) or refund my purchase price!

Best buy will not help or refund the order. for an "Elite" member.. I'm very dissapointed.

After spending countless hours trying to install the upgrade as well as spending time on the phone with microsoft techs, I gave up trying to upgrade my software. No matter what I did the upgrade kept faulting out right after I typed in the license string. No one seems to know why the license string won't work. Microsoft even had me try some generic strings. They too failed to work. This was a total waste of a $100.00. I would not recommend this upgrade to anyone.

Not even the local BestBuy/Geek Squad can resolve the interface issue and 100% of the time we must take the pc into the store for a complete reinstall of the OS!!!
