There is nothing I could regret more. My computer kept showing blue screen errors ever since. I have to purchase the original Windows 10 Pro to fix the problem. Asked in the store if they would reimburse my Upgrade purchase and they said no because it is a software. I would recommend to purchase the original Windows 10 Pro at the beginning and not spend 100 dollars in the Upgrade. You may fall in a trap as I did.

When I reached out to Best Buy to get a new one they said the Code Master is having trouble generating new codes and gave no time line on when I would get a new one. I need this upgrade for my college classes. It’s been weeks and no update. I’m about to just get a refund and get the disk version.

Verified entry of code multiple times on a brand new Microsoft Surface 7. Would not recommend getting codes from BestBuy as I have now had several issues with their codes and never get made whole even with Elite Plus Support.
