I have used Windows for years and always liked the Pro versions for their stability and more tools at my disposal. The upgrade process was easy and it is the best money I’ve spent on it.

If you already have Windows 10 Home, but plan to use a firewall or connect to small office network, get this upgrade. No need to purchase full Pro edition. This upgrade is all you need to enhance network and remote connectivity to your PC.

Always upgrade to pro so I can get my computers on my network, use RDC, and Active Directory with ease. Odd thing with this was I could not upgrade to pro using the key. I had to do the upgrade first, and then put in the key and it worked.

i thought it would make a diffrence on my computer and it didnt fix the os error

When we realized computer was ordered with the wrong Windows we purchased an upgrade from Best Buy. After order was processed the program was downloaded and applied. Guess what to my surprise everything went as it was designed to do. Instructions were great.

Download and install worked perfectly. I can't recall any operational issues. I DO NOT care for some of the proprietary practices whereby MS controls access and adoption of browsers, home pages, etc.

The first one I purchased would not install. But Geek Squad was able to fix the problem with a different key code. Everything is working well now. And I'm a happy camper.

I had to refresh the PC after installation because some features were not working after install...but that cleared it all up. I've bought this twice for different computers now.

When I first ordered it, my email was having issues and it never arrived to my inbox. However, Best Buy Customer Service went above and beyond to provide me with the code. Great experience! It works perfectly!

Best and easy way to upgrade always follow instructions. Don't need to buy cd and all just the key and you are good to go. I love it.

I don't know who needs to hear this but if you're using Windows 10 - opt for the Pro Upgrade and save yourselves headaches in the future. Functionality is way better.

Key worked as expected. Just note, the license key is printed on the receipt. After the purchase I always right it directly onto the card for documentation purposes.

I like the Pro version verses the regular version due to gaming. All it took was updating the registration code for Windows 10, downloading the updating software and rebooting my computer.

Michael Izbicki it's a good platform if you know what you're doing I don't know. There's no problems I just wish they would upgrade to something else like Windows 11 on Windows 12 alright thank you

Great upgrade from OS7. While I listened to the experts and kept OS7 as long as possible, the speed of the new Pro10 is great and everything loads faster and offers print faster.

My client threw away his packaging for the laptop so I couldn't use this on the Best Buys laptop we purchased.

Gave me some problems in the beginning however tech support was able to provide me a differ code and now it works perfectly.
