Windows 11 is great. Not sure why the USB version is $10 more then the DVD version....

Three steps. Build PC. Insert USB stick. Ensure you can read the tiny key. Type it once. Windows 11 isn’t really bad at all. Just needs a little configuration when it’s done.

thought there would be drivers in usb flash drive dvd are better

I got taken for $140 on this item. Even though my computer meets all the requirements to upgrade, it wouldn’t let me upgrade because my processor is not on their approved list. Now since I attempted to install the software, the store I purchased it at won’t allow me to return it even though the customer service person on the phone told me I could. Take that back, I got taken for $150 because I wasted gas going back up to the store to return it. Don’t know if this new operating system works or not but buyer beware.

Sacramento NATOMAS CA location PC/Software associate is not knowledgeable at all, sold windows 11 home ed to me saying it will work on my older pc after i showed him screenshot of my system but it does NOT work due to not meeting system requirements even thou sale associate said its enough. Came to return it, store manager Nadia was super RUDE and has ZERO customer service skills. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE ANYTHING AS ASSOCIATE WILL RECOMMEND THINGS THEY ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT.

Had to upgrade my pc. Unfortunately my pc couldn't run windows 11. Great news about it. It let me know what I needed for the upgrade

It is great to use on ur newly built computer it took 1 minutes to setup

I’ve been using this version of Windows for a few months now, and it’s fine. Nothing amazing nor do I hate it. The different desktops is a nice feature.

We could not use this for our older windows computer. Had to return the product. I hear it’s really good from family and friends.

Fast and easy online purchase still enjoy using Best Buy never had a bad experience.

Works almost like Windows 10 in my experience. The app layout is something to get used to especially if you're used to the older Windows Home products

I was skeptical about upgrading to win 11 after hearing about it. I have no issues with it or all its "bloatware"

Everyone says that it was a bad idea to buy the full windows 11 version, but I think it was a great investment.

So glad I could find a physical location to buy genuine MS O/S without concern about bogus/pirated software.

Only thing I can even critique on this is how the task bar looks, even then it’s probably something I can change

We had trouble installing Windows 11. Upon asking around many people said they'd had troubles with it, too. My computer was brand new (Gaming level computing) and needed Windows. In order to use my graphics card in the way I needed it to use it. I finally got the program to load so I could use it. Just beware that if it doesn't cooperate initially, it still might work.

I had to purchase this because I needed an operating system. There isn’t much else to say.

It’s Windows 11. Not much to say about it other than that it’s stable.
