Was not compatible with my system and no one alerted me until after purchase.

Windows one of the things you have to have. Lots of work to ensure privacy and create a local account so Microsoft doesn't spy on you. Total pain in the hind quarters.

Incremental change to a mediocre OS. Windows is the most over rated OS; full of driver issues - a historical problem that will never go away. Upgrade from 10 is just another Microsoft money grabber. I bought this for a gaming rig built for my son.

Came with no flash drive. In the item description, it’s is titled windows 11 with flash drive, when I checked it out I was told it would be a code in the email, which is blatantly wrong. Simply a pointless product to sell and I will not buy from this company again.

Got it to install after many workarounds but then it won’t let me go to any websites. Very small compatability list.

Very complicated to use. I recommend stay away from Windows 11 altogether unless you have a Windows 10 64bit existing computer. Windows 11 is very inferior to Windows 10

Did not work for gaming pc the store will not take this item back even tho it says returnable online

Beware. If you break the cellophane wrapper, you cannot return the product even though you never downloaded the software. Ensure that Windows 11 will support your Windows 10 computer before purchasing.

I was told by one of your employees that this was compatible with the new hard drive I purchased and it is not. It was a waste of 140$

At the time of purchase i was extremely excited to update my desktop computer with the new Windows 11. However, i have not been able to install it such as it does a check for some security software that i do not have. So until i understand how to obtain the security software i cannot use Windows 11.

HORRIBLE!!! This did NOT update my computer. I was not informed of not being able to return software. The manager was VERY rude. Best Buy you should inform ppl that when they buy tings like that it cannot be returned. I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! I spent $153 I cannot get back and I DO NOT think that is right. I need a person from corporate and trust me I will get a number.

Way too expensive to be able to operate a computer at full capacity.

Windows was corrupted also package was lost for over a week. Will never buy from Best Buy again

made my computer really slow until i decided to factory reset windows and all my data and it worked for a bit...

The wrong item was purchase and i am unable to get it change or replace, i would really like some help with this .

Make sure your computers processor is 64 bit and your system meets the requirement to run this program. I thought mine did, but was wrong and now I'm stuck with this expensive flash drive.

After asking for a way to update to windows 10, i was sold windows 11. After asking the sales person assured me it would work. It doesn't and I will no longer trust the sales staff at best buy.
