Plugged it into my new pc and it was ready to go .

I was not able to get my PC to boot with a spare USB loaded with windows as it got corrupted mid-installation but this came to the rescue, although the price is absurd.

I could not be more pleased with the Geek Squad visit! The items on the docket were completed successfully. The Geek Squad agent was courteous, capable and a delight to work with. Repairs were done quickly and double-verified. Great work by Best Buy and by Geek Squad!

Only complaint is you have to disable some security settings in order to install.

Pretty good OS, just a bit bloated, especially if you use RGB.

Windows did not ship WiFi drivers for my asrock b650e pg riptide motherboard, so I had to side load them, which was annoying because they don’t make it easy to side load drivers in the installer. Win11 is mediocre at best and it’s really starting to feel very cobbled together and unpolished

Bought this out of desperation and then had to change some parts on my build and now it's obsolete and had to buy ANOTHER serial key because Microsoft is a money hungry back stabbing spit in their customers face kind of company. You already spy on us and steal our data and lie to our face telling us it's for our own good and that isn't enough?

Worked perfect, I tried downloading from the microsoft website with no success installing.

Item shipped promptly and was received in good condition.

Make sure and check to know if this will work on your PC setup before you buy and open it. Just had the worst customer service know to man trying to return this and they still wouldn’t take it. My family has spent a lot of money over the years here and they couldn’t do anything for us CRAZY. Huge waste of money and time with them. Never shopping at Best Buy again.

Windows 11 is the biggest downgrade since Windows Vista. People give it good reviews just because it has a nice look but I hate it with a passion. All the taskbar customization abilities have been removed. The start up process is grueling sometimes forcing you to download an update before getting on the PC. Sometimes when it starts up, it will load for internity. It's too bad Microsoft has no competition because this version truly sucks bad
