Awesome it's pretty straightforward it's a USB stick you plug it in your computer and it'll walk you through everything that you need to do and it's very easy to use

It’s exactly what I expected and hoped for. I needed a new copy of Windows 11 and this was the best way in my opinion.

First PC build and first time PC owner. If you're stuck in BiOS and need a boot, this will fix all your problems.

It’s windows what do you expect, the only issue I had was getting the actual usb from the store. When I bought it I asked specifically for the usb so I wouldn’t have to make my own bootable drive. Employee said they don’t do that anymore and would email me a product key in an hour. Called multiple times the store, geek squad, and the help line. All of them couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting a product key until one just said go back to the store. So I went back the next day and another very helpful and cool employee figured out that the previous employee registered the purchase as the usb which he didn’t give me so I was waiting for a product key I would never get. The guy made it right and grabbed the usb box and what not for me and sent me on my marry way. Upset it took so much effort and I spent so much time on it when all the employee had to do was ask someone for help rather than guess and create a whole two day mess for me and set my pc build behind. Anyways, not mad just detailed. I love best buy but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with an employee, usually they’re always on the ball. Not enough to make change my mind about being a customer but will probably frequent a different location now.

Great customer service, got my item with no issues at all. Took less than 3 minutes at the pick-up desk. Overall amazing experience 5 out of 5

Made installing Win11 a brezze. Ease of use with the USB stick was fantastic.

No problem with the prduct just couldn't install 11 only 10 no fault of anybody just me for not having a computer with all the required specs but the geeks helped me get 10 installed very satisfied am purchasing a new laptop and the geeks are going to move my apps and files to the new one for free better get your total membership its great

Very simple download process with the drive. Thr instructions were clear and the install was fast.

Super easy and simple only took about 15 minutes to completely set up.

Easiest thing by far to setup at a fair price. I originally thought it’d take longer, but the instructions were clear enough for smooth sailing.

Very straight forward Comes in a usb Plug and play. Windows immediately starts downloading. Follow the prompts and you cant go wrong

It installs windows 11 from a USB drive. Worked both times I've used, it not much else to say.

Easy to use and and very practical im not a computer person and i was able TY o installed in my computer no problem.

Very east to setup it basically does it for you. All you need to is follow the prompts.

Pretty easy to use if you are installing the OS on a newly build computer.

You obviously could download windows online and download it that way but if you’re looking for a fast way to get it without the haste and have a big budget then go for it.

Thankfully I can use this key to roll back to windows 10. I really did not want to use windows 10 because it requires a log in.
