Do research before you buy no refunds.

My laptop did not qualify. So until I can afford a new one I am stuck with a Windows 11 program. Go figure I didn't think I wouldn't be able to at least upgrade much less not be able to install it fresh. Windows is a great platform is why I gave it 4 stars

DO NOT BUY!

After upgrading my CPU and GPU, a distracting “Activate Windows” watermark appeared on my screen, and the system refused to reactivate with my original product key, claiming it’s now invalid. This essentially locks you out of full functionality unless you shell out for another license! When I went to Best Buy for help, they shrugged and said software is non-returnable or exchangeable, leaving me stuck with a useless $140 purchase. I’ve since learned you can get Windows keys online for as low as $15, which makes this feel like a total rip-off. Save your money and avoid this trap—hardware upgrades shouldn’t break your OS or your wallet!
