What should've taken a day, took over a week to get here. I would have just gone down to the store and got it myself if I knew it was going to take so long.

I don't know why it needed it but I had to plug my phone into my PC so it would use my phone data to download the rest. Stupid, frustrating, and ugly. But windows defender is honestly a god send. Free and works flawlessly, only good update from Windows 10. (Used USB to install windows 11 on new computer) only recommending since Linux is annoying and it's the only other option...

He assisted us with components for our granddaughter's computer. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to recommend. We extremely enjoyed working with him. He deserves kudos and recognition from Best Buy!

Came to return it, store manager Nadia was super RUDE and has ZERO customer service skills. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE ANYTHING AS ASSOCIATE WILL RECOMMEND THINGS THEY ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT.

I do despise the OS being the difference maker for many of us who couldve gotten a better CPU or GPU if it were sold for a more reasonable price.
