Motherboard replaced. Windows doesn’t transfer!

I did not know that when I returned my motherboard that my windows WAS NOT ABLE TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW MOTHERBOARD. I tried reaching out to windows with no fix I was forced to get windows elsewhere. Just know that this is a onetime use if anything happens to your motherboard your copy of windows is gone.
