I did a fresh install. And, because my BIOS wasn't updated, and my computer couldn't connect to the internet (via ethernet or wifi), I had to do the following in order to install (because in Microsoft's infinite wisdom, they don't let you install without an internet connection): Open cmd with Shift + F10, and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO. Once I did this, I was able to install without needing internet. Once you do that, it'll restart, and you'll see a prompt that says, "I don't have internet." Just click that and continue with the setup. If you need Windows 11, this is your best bet (without going to illegitimate key sites).

I purchased this, went home to install, only to find out that I didn't have a USB port the size of the USB flash drive in this software package. (never knew there was even more than 1 size) I took the software back the same day I purchased it and the rude manager said they couldn't take it back and said it was a law passed by Congress. I doubt that is true since I couldn't find any reference to that anywhere and Microsoft's website said that I had to take it back to Best Buy for the refund. This guy was either lying or just stupid and a royal jerk, or both. The receipt didn't say anything about no returns and their website is pretty ambiguous. They just lost a customer for life.

Like Windows 11 but my laptops have old this RAM 4 gb can't. Need new laptops.

I bought Windows 11 to upgrade my older computer from Windows 7. Despite spending multiple hours searching online and implementing several procedures to overcome the many hurdles, I was unable to upgrade the PC. Looking back I should have downloaded the free "trial" version from Microsoft and tried to upgrade before I purchased the retail version. Unfortunately I can not return the software and I am stuck with it.

I bought windows 11 to install on a laptop with windows 10 that had collapsed. I could not install win 11 on it since it was not possible. The seller told me about the possibility but I think he should have checked the model to find out if it was possible or not! Now I cannot install it and cannot return it.

I bought this item (windows 11 home usb flash drive) in store. The first time I turned my pc on, windows installed and did its thing. everything was fine, right? well, i eventually turned my pc off and had it off for the rest of the night. Whenever I went to turn it on the night after, it had somehow changed itself to Windows 10, instead of 11 (only issue with that is, I could not press the home button or use the search bar on the taskbar). I did eventually get it fixed after a little bit of a hassle
