Cool streamlined look I wasn't expecting, having done no previous research at all. Bought it cause they wouldn't let me use my old product key. Since there's a way to get it for free don't buy unless you have to

When I purchased a new HP Envy laptop, I was told I needed to by a full version of Windows 11 Pro ($200) in order to upgrade the pre-installed version of Win 11 Home that comes with the laptop... this is not correct. I only needed the Win 11 Pro upgrade ($100). I had to come back to the store to return the SKU of the Full Pro ver. and exchange it for the Upgrade Pro SKU.

when I got this, I was expecting a USB with the program on it. What I got was a net address to download to an update that would not work since I did not have a Windows 11 install.
I would expect to be able to download the entire package, not an update.

Bought this after buying the regular version of windows 11 because they said if this one also doesnt work they could help me out so i bought this and it didnt work and now they say all sales are final no exchange or refunds basically scammed me out of over 350$ buying both versions dont ever buy this or from bedtbuy ive spent over 3000$ in the past month with them and they cant do a simple refund after selling a defective product
