The sales people said that this would work for that purpose, however... Upgrading from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro was FREE from Microsoft. They apparently did not know this. So I spent $99 on an item that I couldn't use and can't return. With help from Microsoft CoPilot I was able to do everything I needed to do to prepare my system for the upgrade, download and install the upgrade and ensure all configurations and settings were correct. So bottom line: I spent $99 on a product I didn't need. Next time I'll start by asking CoPilot. If I buy another laptop, I'll get it with Windows Home and use this upgrade. The product is fine, it's the lack of technical knowledge for customer service that is greatly lacking here.

Must have for work environment

Windows 11 Home edition is a good OS, but sometimes for work purposes, upgrade to Windows 11 Pro is Mandatory.

Win 11 pro upgrade

If you have "Home" but need the functions of "Pro" this is what you need.

A Con, But Still Worth It.
