    Geek squad was quick and very accommodating when upgrading the computer to what the Best Buy website had advertised.

    Windows 11 has made my computer much slower than usual. Even after two tune-ups by Geek Squad, everything is still very cluttered with extraneous screens, programs, etc. Only a real Geek could navigate through this useless mess.

    The reason for my rating was the computer that I purchased was supposed to have the Windows 11 Pro software. When it didn't, I was given the card to do it myself. It cost me to have my tech do it. When I called Best Buy about the problem, I was told to bring the computer in and get it exchanged. Instead, I got the card. Totally unacceptable!!
