Works, but it's not all that fool proof an install. At the end of the install on my Lenovo laptop it gave me the impression that it had failed, but after reboot it was Windows Pro... Go figure.

It's windows. Like the additional features. More flexibility.

Needed to upgrade a laptop that only came with Windows Home Edition. Not happy to have to do that but that's the world we live in...

The best program except microsoft holds you hostage to buy.their windows 365 and wont let you get your files from onedrive unless you pay for more storage

Buyer beware I purchased a laptop yesterday and returned today. I also paid $99 for the windows pro upgrade which had not been used or activated - I returned the laptop so no need for the upgrade. Was told the upgrade would not be refunded per policy This must be a great profit center for BB - terrible approach Just lost a 20 year customer

I ordered a Win 11 Pro digital upgrade yesterday. I do this often for clients and yesterday was probably the last time I will order through Best Buy because the phone service is so poor and having to wait two days for a digital product key is unacceptable. Since I've waited so long in the past I called customer service to expedite. Started with chat and had three different phone agents telling each the exact same thing. "I just ordered this and hoping that you could help me expedite the process." Each said yes and had me hold but each came back and passed me to another department. The last one MS store heard my initial question said, "Ooh!" and hung up on me. After 45 minutes of back and forth with Best Buy customer service I will no longer buy from your online store and I will be a detractor warning others to shop online elsewhere.

Decided to upgrade my windows 11 home and finally bit the bullet and bought this. I have tried several times to upgrade and have yet to get it to work. Tried every trick I could find on the internet and windows website and no luck. Guess I pretty much wasted $100, glad it wasn't more!!

Not sure if it has changed the performance any for the machine. Overall just poor softwate engineering.

Do not buy anything from best buy. The worst support when it comes to getting support. Lack of expertise and processes for helping customer. More concerned about verification than helping

Took 2 days to get a digital download. Tried to cancel order after one day because it was it was too late to be useful to me. Calling customer service was useless as their system was always down. When I finally got through to a supervisor they still wouldn't cancel the order even though it still wouldn't be digitally delivered for another day. I got stuck paying for the software. I consider this being robbed by Best Buy.

I needed windows pro to connect it to a home network with a windows server. Easy to install.

Only have had this installed for two months but so far no complaints

Got the key right away. Simple and quick process for pro upgrade.
