Went good, I'm glad I upgraded.

There was about a 10-minute gap from receiving the email purchase confirmation to getting the follow-up email with the license key. I had missed the last number on my copy and paste from the email into Windows Activation, so it took me two tries, but went smoothly once I figured out my mistake. I can now use Remote Desktop in the comfort of my upstairs PC with my downstairs work computer. It's nice to have an actual product key number that I can use in case I need to reinstall Windows from System Recovery on that PC.

Waste of money

Windows Pro upgrade
