    $200 to added to hard drive price replacement...what a waste of money as i had bought windows retail and when ssd failed i had to buy again...next operating system is linux as way to much money for replacement hdd. Bye windows.

    You can basically buy any windows key on a website for way less. Yes, it may be sketchy buying something like this for a lot less than a retail store sells it for, but mojority of tech people on youtube will tell you to buy a key from an online website over in store. 200+ dollars on a windows key over 10-30 dollars?

    This rating isn't really toward Best Buy, but more toward FedEx. The product has not been delivered. It has been saying out for delivery on several occasions, only to be revised over and over again. FedEx is not helpful AT ALL when trying to figure out what is happening, and if Best Buy can help, I would appreciate it.

    Bought it 2 year ago, was good. However, I lost my box and neither Microsoft tech support nor BestBuy could help me restore or provide an activation code without it. Take a photo of the code if you lose it, or don't buy it here.

    Did not work with my computer, even after ordering and updating to TPM 2. BestBuy refused to refund me the $200 and told me to “go sort it out with Microsoft” (yeah ok, right). I’ve bought computers and appliances from BestBuy and I’m a card member. Very disappointing.

    I bought Windows 11 Pro from Best Buy that doesn’t work. I payed $200 for this but I can’t activate because the product key does not work. That was a big waste. I wouldn’t buy any Microsoft products from them ever again.
