Lost a box, couldn't retrieve a code.

However, I lost my box and neither Microsoft tech support nor BestBuy could help me restore or provide an activation code without it. Take a photo of the code if you lose it, or don't buy it here.

It has been saying out for delivery on several occasions, only to be revised over and over again. FedEx is not helpful AT ALL when trying to figure out what is happening, and if Best Buy can help, I would appreciate it.

Waste of $200

I payed $200 for this but I can’t activate because the product key does not work. That was a big waste. I wouldn’t buy any Microsoft products from them ever again.
