Good OS

What's not to like
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes it's different than XP and WIndows 7 but once you get used to the new interface, remove all the default "chicklets" from the startup screen and put the one you actually use on it, Windows 8.1 isn't really that different. Only other thing is that it takes awhile to figure out how to get to control panel and some basic system things that were more obvious before. Once you have those things done, it works just fine.

Very good upgrade

I am still getting use to the new version that incorporates so much that I previously had to work piece by piece. Also, a number of my programs had to be upgraded or replaced to work with Windows 8.1.

It takes a little time
