Buttons work as they should. Center wheel feels average. I use this with a laptop as a secondary.

Don't know how many i went through over the years - they kept just tweeking & quitting, starting with the loose battery connections. Plus the MS mouse doesn't require a thumbdrive! Plus it was only $14.95!
