Just turnd it on and clicked "OK" on my screen and I was connected. Also the new lower price was one I could justify now. I paid $15 and can use with multiple devices.

Good Basic Mouse

One thing to know. If using on Android tablet (Galaxy 6SE), is that the tablet will see this as a physical keyboard and not bring up the on board digital keyboard. This happens with some mice. This can be remediied by going to Settings > General Management > Physical Keyboard > Toggle "Show on-Screen Keyboard" .

I even like it better than a lot of expensive ones Microsoft makes. I like that it takes a single as and that you can manually turn it off by pressing the button on the bottom.
