Ended up going back to wireless mouse using USB plug in. Passed the return date. Wrote letter to Best Buy store where purchased to see if I can get a store merchandise credit.

It connects easily, ne’er looses connection, and works as a mouse should. I brought it for use with the new 2021 IPad Pro.. should have gotten a Magic Mouse but I wont hold it against the product.

You just hold the power button for a few seconds and go to Bluetooth on the computer and choose the mouse and you're connected. Highly recommended.

Buy this Wireless bluetooth

However my 13" samsung which is my travel laptop was having hard drive issues and even after a great session with Desi at Geek Squad I had to get a different model, Please note the return was not based on the mouse, it worked well with my dell but the intend was for use with the samsung travel laptop.
