If you are using Shadow too, you gotta go to accessibility in your settings, go to touch, enable AssistiveTouch, scroll down to mouse and you’re now ready to game. The mouse comes with a AA and all it needs is one. It was easy to connect and use, feels pretty good quality wise. 10/10 would recommend.

Comes with a battery and the connectivity is seamless. You don't need an official Microsoft product for it to work and connect wirelessly. There are times, where I have to manually connect it when i turn the bluetooth on, but not an issue for me at all. Lately it just connects automatically. Great recommend for a simple and portable mouse.

Connected to my laptop instantly and works great since then. Takes only a second to fully connect once I turn it on now. The functionality is even even more if you have the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center software installed. The mouse itself works on any surface I tried so far. So I'm actually really excited to keep using this.

I did have to call tech support initially because my new MacBook Air didn’t immediately find it with bluetooth, but we got it running after a few tries. (Thanks, Geek Squad.). I am a little surprised that Apple didn’t develop a mouse that pairs with their new high-speed rose gold MacBook Air. Usually they bring in all the bells and whistles for their newest stuff, but that’s okay. I like this mouse.
