Tried to return it to Best Buy, I was told that they only accept returns w/in 15 days and that I should talk to Microsoft. I called Microsoft, the prompt told me to visit their website for technical support issues. The prompt literally hung up on me. Try it: 1-800-MICROSO. I visited their website, spent hours following their instructions trying to repair the mouse, w/ no success. Finally, I was given an option on what to do if all these repairs did not work. I thought I would finally get to communicate w/ a live person, either by phone or at least through a chat, but no such luck: I was asked to fill out a form, including having to upload my receipt, and was told someone would contact me. I distinctly remember the process of handing BestBuy, and by extension Microsoft, my money being a lot more streamlined. Yet when it comes to having them stand behind their product it becomes an obstacle course. I will remember this next time I need to choose what product to purchase and from what retailer.

Okay mouse

However, this mouse was to big for my hand; therefore, I return the mouse. But it did not work for me. I’m sure if you have bigger hands than me, it is perfect for you.
