I say that because of a couple of reasons. There is a noticeable lag when using the BT mouse, as compared to one that has a USB dongle attached. Reaction on the screen is a tad bit slower and less responsive. Also, this mouse doesn't reconnect successfully to my Chromebook. I suspect the issue is with the Chromebook's bluetooth adapter but still, since it doesn't reconnect successfully at all, can't give it 5-stars. I always have to remove the device from the Chromebook settings and pair it again.

I was surprised at how easy this was to set up. I’ve never had a wireless mouse before and I was a bit nervous that it would be difficult to set up but it took me less than 30 seconds. It works great and it allows me to free up one of the USB ports on my new computer

It’s Bluetooth and wireless which makes it so much easier to travel since in the past I kept loosing the usb that came with it. Now, since the bluetooth is build into it, I don’t worry about losing additional parts and it connects effortlessly.

I'm happy that it was available right off the shelf so I didn't have to wait and order it. It works great and there wasn't any problem with syncing it with my laptop so I'm extremely happy!

I was desperate & purchased it quickly. I hate Microsoft with a passion & normally wouldn't buy anything of theirs, but I have to say that this is a great product. No complaints at all. I only gave it 4 stars because I annoyingly picture B. Gates every time I turn it on.
