This time I bought a Microsoft brand and am not too pleased. The wheel is super sensitive. When scrolling down a page with the wheel it is too easy to press it down where it goes onto full page motion. I have to press it again to go back to wheel mods.

They only problem is that sometimes, it drops out for several seconds, and I have to wait for it to sync back up to work again. It may be a Windows issue, but since it's a M$oft mouse it should be compatible.
