I went with the Microsoft brand.. All my other mouse were of Logitech and I was very happy with those. But this one is my first Bluetooth mouse and the connection is choppy. its not responsive . I am going to return

Although it’s connected and Iv changed the batteries, it doesn’t recognize any movement.

I had no problem with the initial connection but it disconnected 4 times while using it. I returned it to a store that very same day and bought a logitech mouse with a nano chip.

The red sensor light still comes on but it does not connect to the computer nor does the Bluetooth name show up on the computer anymore.
