I love the Pastel-Blue color of the mouse. The battery is very easy to install and the mouse fits well in your hand, very comfortable. The precision and performance of the mouse is about what you would expect for a travel mouse, points and clicks just fine. Lastly, the mouse connects quickly and without issue. Would recommend this mouse for anyone looking for a budget mouse.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the mouse, worked fine for 3 months, now it does not connect to my computer's Bluetooth. Tried to return it to Best Buy, I was told that they only accept returns w/in 15 days and that I should talk to Microsoft. I called Microsoft, the prompt told me to visit their website for technical support issues. The prompt literally hung up on me. Try it: 1-800-MICROSO. I visited their website, spent hours following their instructions trying to repair the mouse, w/ no success. Finally, I was given an option on what to do if all these repairs did not work. I thought I would finally get to communicate w/ a live person, either by phone or at least through a chat, but no such luck: I was asked to fill out a form, including having to upload my receipt, and was told someone would contact me. I distinctly remember the process of handing BestBuy, and by extension Microsoft, my money being a lot more streamlined. Yet when it comes to having them stand behind their product it becomes an obstacle course. I will remember this next time I need to choose what product to purchase and from what retailer.
