Sometimes, you have to move it around a bit for it to catch the movement on the computer. I will say in my situation, I don't have a mouse pad so that may be the reason.

Connected instantly with Bluetooth and works just like you would expect. Couldn't ask for more. The only problem I've had is that you have to remember to move it occasionally or it will eventually time out and disconnect. I do not know how to change this setting to make it longer but it really isn't that big an issue.

Two problems resolved

The PC Laptop I use only has two USB ports and there are times when more ports are needed. Therefore, a Bluetooth mouse would be a problem solver. I have Parkinson's and hand trimmers while using my iPhone causes many taps. Using the new mouse gives hours of less frustration.
