real compact , easy to used , wireless , easy to install .

I like the size, not too big, not too small. Also I have to have a mouse where the scroll wheel has a clicking detent. This one does. Don't like free wheeling scroll wheel. Installed with no problem and works fine.

I've tried many different mice over the past years including the pricier venerated mice and touch pads from other companies, but I found myself coming back to this simple mouse over and over - this particular purchase that I'm reviewing for was my fourth purchase (I lost two, and needed one more for work). Here are some main reasons why I only use this mouse: - works great on Mac OS X without having to install anything - the scroll wheel is not free-rotating like in many other mice - this allows way more precise control of scroll. To me it's either touch based scroll like the Apple magic mouse, or this "ticking" version. - simple, no distraction - very light I just hope that Microsoft keeps making this mouse as long as they can.

I bought this mouse when it was on sale. After several weeks I can honestly say it feels good in the hand. Its compact size makes it very portable. Easy to install. Highly recommend for someone looking to replace an old mouse.

Was not sure if I should get this for my dad as the wireless feature was a problem in and of the fact that he could chuck this poor little mouse against the wall... The old muse was like a dog on a chain.. when it reach maximum distance it was stopped and pulled back by the cord, causing some damage to the mouse.... However I decide it was time.. after all he was 65 and calmer with age.. The small blue tooth receiver is very low profile and stays out of sight.. the connection is great and for and old man it had the right amount of buttons so I felt for sure this mouse would not hit the wall.. After all it had great battery life and on/off switch but I did not tell him about the switch as he would forget and that would be a sooner end to this nice Microsoft product... that may just hit the floor on accident anyways....

The touch pad on my laptop was getting squirrely, so I decided I needed a mouse. We had moved since I last used a wireless mouse, so of course, I couldn't find any of the old ones. I knew Best Buy would have a wide selection, so off I went. Since this mouse if from Microsoft, I had no doubt it would work with Windows 8 - and it does. Installation was as simple as plugging in the nano transceiver and a few clicks. It has worked perfectly and is always ready to go as soon as I start up my laptop. The size is perfect for my small hands. The buttons are easy to click even when my arthritis is acting up. The color adds a bit of whimsy to my desk - and dissuades my husband from swiping it. Easy to install, easy to use, fits my hand, a bit of color - what's not to love? I would buy it again and recommend this to others without reservation.

Mouse easy to use and very effective. No hard pressure clicking. Able to move mouse whether on hard surface or even soft. Wireless truly frees the user to move and work anywhere.

I’ve has this mouse for almost a year now and it’s great! The battery life is amazing and it’s easy to use on many surfaces since I don’t have a mouse pad. Would recommend!

This wireless mouse is great for the laptop. It has a smaller profile which is a benefit to me. It's very responsive. You won't regret this purchase.

What can I say, it's a mouse, it's inexpensive and it seems to work fine. I like the small size, it doesn't add much bulk or weight if I want to carry in my laptop case and, at least to me, it's pretty comfortable in my hand. You might want something different if you have a special purpose in mind but for me, it does everything I expect from a mouse.

Wireless mouse works very well. Easy to use and holds very well in the hand. We leave the mouse in the on position and the battery lasts a good long time. All in all, I recommend this mouse for anyone looking to purchase one.

The installation of the mouse is so simple that anyone can do it. The mouse itself works really well and doesn't lag. Goes everywhere you need it to. Simply the best!

I really like this mouse. It is just the right size - small - and it is very responsive so No complaints. It may be a few bucks more than the others, but it has been very reliable thus far !

The mouse works on almost any surface and it contains a storage space for the USB receiver that plugs into the computer. It is small enough for portable use, but large enough for comfortable use in your hand.

I bought this mouse to replace my older version that had recently broke after many years of use, I was looking for a mouse in particular where I could store away the USB port and that only took one battery like my old one. When I came across this one and found that this mouse had what I was looking for I was super happy. While at first the mouse was loud when you went to go click on something, I have found that over time with use that it isn't as loud as before. Also a plus to the mouse is the one and off switch on the bottom, and that the battery doesn't get drained super fast. Overall for the price and quality of the mouse I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good mouse.

The mouse is exactly what I needed. It is light and easy to pack in my briefcase and works perfectly with any of my laptops. I have also noticedthat it has great battery life which takes away the need to worry about batteries.

I have somewhat small hands and I love all of the mice that Microsoft makes. Very responsive and last forever. This one is no exception. It fits nicely in my hand. And it is a beautiful shade of blue.
