I have smaller hands and this fits really well. I stil have my old one and use it with my laptop. I bought this one to replace my iMAC mouse.

Perfect little mouse for my DELL laptop

It's perfect and doesn't eat up the battery either. Microsoft is a good brand for mice if you need a reliable pointing device for any system.
