I've had issues with drivers of other brands. Microsoft mice are always automatically discovered. Plus they seem to have a longer battery life and work on any reasonable surface.

It is very versatile and ergonomically compatible with everyone. I have been sharing it with my girlfriend. It is light and easy to use. The only disadvantage is that it requires AA batteries, so you cannot recharge it from your computer.

Reasonable price, reliable, and easy to use on just about any surface. I use it with a laptop. Put in the battery, turned it on and plugged the receiver into a USB port and that is all there was to it. Nice device to have with the laptop.
