I had a similar one previously, the receiver was damaged (leaving it on the laptop is not a good idea) so i went out to get this one. I dont like the fact that you have to remove the cover to place the receiver in the hole. I like their previous storage that was quickly accessable, but this is still a great mouse.

light weight, no cord to worry about. Use it anywhere.

I have been using this mouse for a month and doesn't see a problem with it. However i alsways liked the Logitech bigger size mouse which is comfortable and used to it. The quality of the mouse is great as it's from MS. it's just the wrong choice but it will be handy during travel. As a home user, I would prefre bigger size. Size does matter. :)

This mouse is nice. I love the wireless capability, especially because I can sit on the couch and use the mouse on the couch cushion with no issues. My only issue is it doesn't turn off when you turn off the computer and has to be turned off manually underneath. Since I forget about it, it's a bit frustrating, but for the price, I'll get used to remembering I need to turn it off.

the scrolling is a bit slow, but otherwise I like the compact size and it is useful with my desk and keyboard drawer.

put in the usb and add batteries and it's ready to go.
