Worked fine for a couple months and then needed brand new battery. Replaced battery and worked fine for another month when suddenly it became frequently unresponsive. Eventually moved the transmitter from the back of my desktop PC to a front usb port closer to the mouse and that resolved about 97% of the responsiveness issues. Still not as responsive as a nice USB mouse. I have larger hands than average and find the mouse to be uncomfortable to hold because of it's small size....it's made for small hands. Eventually I'll replace this with a quality USB corded mouse but unfortunately those are getting increasingly hard to come by.

Great mouse, but the rubber gets worn out after 1 year's use. Only complaint. Replace ball with metal, and keep the same design.

I like this Microsoft mouse much better than the Logitech mouse it replaced. Feels just right in my hand, positive "click."

The mouse was purchased as a gift for my son. He didn't think that he needed a mouse with a laptop. He has found that it is much more convenient to have one; making him more efficient with his time.

At first it was a little spotty getting it to work on the opposite side of the wireless USB connection, on left and we are right-handed, but then it started working ok

Works ok. Sometimes loses Bluetooth connection and is slow to connect. I would recommend it if you're looking for a Bluetooth.

The Microsoft wireless mouse is easy to navigate the movement on screen. Good connection with the computer or laptop.

I purchased this to replace another one I had, it works great but you must remember to shut it off when not using it, it eats up the battery

It's a great, simple, hi-resolution mouse, nothing fancy, just does the job. I've purchased five so far for different computers, no problems. Microsoft makes excellent mice & keyboards.

The Microsoft 4000 mouse works well with windows 10 and the five buttons and tilt scroll wheel is better than any wireless mouse I have ever used with a laptop or desktop computer.

Bought this for my wife. She is not real computer savvy. She handled it, plug and play worked perfectly. I will have to judge how long the battery lasts.

I just bought it for basic stuff, and it works just perfectly fine it didn't require an installation and it's very comfortable, in my opinion.

I prefer a Microsoft mouse I find them accurate and reliable. What I like best about this model is the small transceiver which is great for use with a laptop.

Awesome. Finally have a wireless mouse at home. Very easy to use. The speed of this mouse is faster than other mouses. Sometimes it feels like it skips ahead, but otherwise great.

The old mouse died. It was a clunker. This one is not. Best Buy team member helped me find one that was compatible to my old Gateway. Plugged it in and the rest is history. Great buy, great help.

The shape is a little bigger than I thought it would be, but I don't even notice it now. I love this mouse, easy and effortless. Great price too

I purchased the Microsoft mouse as I have had one earlier. I love the feature of the silver button on the left side, as it takes you back to the previous screen when surfing the net.

We had this "workhorse" of a mouse for years until it finally died. I think Microsoft makes great mice... much better than Logitech.

Works great! Simple and easy, I don't like Mouses that are too big because after using it for a while it hurts my hand.
