works really well. I wish I would have bought one with the detents in the scroll wheel. this one doesn't have them and is rather touchy.

I really enjoyed this mouse. It made working from home on my laptop so much less painful (literally) However, after a couple of months, it won't stay on. I replaced the battery, let it sit off for awhile, and generally fiddled with it, and it will not stay on. It will flash on for a moment then go completely off.

As a longtime user of the Microsoft 3500 mouse , I thought I would 'upgrade' to the 4000. "Big mistake, Big mistake!" The wheel doesn't work most of the time. It is loose and wobbly. It's so frustrating because more times than not, you can't move the cursor with the mouse. The light flickers constantly. I would not recommend this at all. Buy the 3500 if you have to buy Microsoft.

I purchased the mobile mouse 4000 and the 3500. I prefer the 3500.

I purchase this mouse about every 6 months due to the left click button wearing out.

Cheap e-waste but it gets the job done when necessary.

Mouse works okay. Not quite as well as the one I had before. Suppose to work on any surface. It does, but not real great.

It was a replacement for the one which came with the computer, doesn't always move where you intend.

I use this mouse with my laptop as I travel, as I don't like to use the touchpad. Does good. Nothin amazing, but solid.

Might be because it’s a wireless mouse, but I find the tracking to be subpar. I’m constantly having to shake it and move it around to try to get it tracking again. Scrolling and hand feel is great, just gets annoying when you’re in the middle of copying and pasting, and the cursor suddenly jumps.

i purchased this mouse because i bought a 1500.00 ;laptop that same day. i used it twice and it broke. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. I THREW OUT THE BOX THIS MOUSE CAME IN SO I ASSUMED THAT ITS NOW NOT RETURNABLE CAUSE I THREW OUT THE BOX.

Previously, I had used a Microsoft IntelliMouse (optical, wired), which I absolutely loved. It had worn out, so I decided to go buy a new mouse. Naturally, BB doesn't carry that one anymore. So I was looking for something similar; I don't need a big clunky gaming mouse, so that knocked out most of my choices right from the start. Looks like everything is going wireless these days, so I decided to buy this one, which is my very first wireless mouse. Now, I don't know whether it's the wireless part that's the problem, or it's the new "blue laser" technology, but the movement of the the arrow on-screen is very jumpy. Jumpy to the point that it's frustrating. And I do a lot of work in PhotoShop, which makes it even more frustrating. Package states it works on most surfaces; well, it does NOT work well on the metal mousepad I was using with my IntelliMouse, nor the surface of my computer desk (which also was not a problem with my previous mouse). I'll have to assume the blue laser is the probelem, because I never had a problem with the red one. I'll be looking to replace this. I also find it's shape to be very uncomfortable for my hand; maybe there's a reason why this was the only mouse BB did NOT have out on display...
