Needed an external mouse for my MacBook so I figured I would give this one a try as it's rated really well. Man, was I wrong. Hard to get the pointer to track correctly. The pointer kinda does it's own thing, even after I played around with the pointer and tracking speed as well as downloaded and installed the Microsoft drivers. The pointer arrow doesn't track correctly even after I switched mouse pads. Plus the stupid USB dongle got stuck in my USB hub adapter (never had anything stuck in this before). I'm taking it back and getting a Logitech mouse instead.

This stop working 32 days after purchasing. The order and pick up we’re really easy. But now I have to go back and hope they’ll exchange it for one that’s working

This was my second mouse and they both had the exact same issue-jumpy mouse curses. I got fed up and exchanged this one for an insignia and I love the new one!

We've had this mouse 4 months and the scroll button has stopped working. It was working great up to that point. This one hopefully is a lemon.

Use this at work with my provided laptop. The signal strength is not ideal. My laptop is docked maybe 3 to 4ft from where the mouse is. And I will loose control of pointer intermittently.

The curser for mouse is very touchy and hard to control. I went cheap and got what I paid for I guess. I would not recommend this mouse.

I owned this model a few years ago and was satisfied with it so bought 3 of them from the Deal of the Day because of the $9.99 price. This was not a good buy no matter the price. The one I tried has a delayed response. You have to move the mouse several times for it to respond. I've tried new batteries and it still responds poorly. The other 2 are in a closet. I hope I didn't wait too late to return them.

Didn’t like it. By using this mouse cursor was so difficult to operate which reduces my work speed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have this mouse for a few months. This mouse runs okay when no cellphone is around. but once I put a cellphone nearby (on the same table), It will be interfered by the cellphone. It shows the sign of lagging when move. This mouse drain battery power very fast. I just used it for work about 8 hours each day. It lasted only a couple of weeks. For the same (rechargeable) battery, I could use for more than a month on other mouse.

With this mouse attached my display would not go blank after the timeout period, it stayed on constantly. Installed a different wireless mouse and the screen goes blank at the proper time.

It disconnects a lot and takes a while for it to connect again. It works most of the time, but always disconnects at the most inconvenient time.

The mouse stopped working in less than two months of buying. Not sure if there is any warranty or support available for small products.

Great sale price but not a great mouse. Touchy and goes off and on sometimes. Changed batteries in just 2 months.?

This mouse would have been good but I think I got a bad one the back door comes off now and then and the scrolling seems a little wild even after setting it up

The wireless USB plugin would not fit USB ports on my Gateway desktop/tower. So I used a Logitech mouse I had on one of my other devices and put this mouse on that device/laptop.

I’ve used 3 different wireless mouse. This one is poor. Randomly during the day it will stop working, and you have to remove the USB port & turn off the mouse to get it working again….this happens multiple times a month. With no explanation or reason lol. My other mouses NEVER have an issue.

Stopped working, Bought 2, 2nd now failed (1+ yr)

It’s just 2 months old and it’s stoped working, waste of money

We happened to get a mouse which was a lemon. Sorry Microsoft but we had to return this item.

the worst service ever I have return receipts for items and I speak to best buy after hours of computer circles and they say item was not returned. I purchased numerous items from best buy with pickup and CITI charge card no problem these item where sent to Florida I live in Pennsylvania. On hold again after hours of chasing.
