Man this thing went for 6 months before I had to replace the battery in it. And I game every day for an average of 4-6 hrs a day also !

In my experience, laptop touch pads never work as well as a good mouse. I’ve always preferred a Microsoft mouse. This mouse is no exception. Batteries last forever.

Love my Microsoft mouse because it’s so much more durable than the other brands.

As a travel mouse, this is a solid choice. It has a compact size, the USB receiver stows inside the mouse when not in use, and it has a hard on/off switch so you know you aren't draining the battery inadvertently. On the negative side, it does not come with a protective case/pouch to protect it in your bag. The scroll wheel is a smooth-roller, it does not have a discrete-click mode. From an ergonomics standpoint, I don't find it nearly as comfortable as the Logitech Anywhere MX. In summary, it's a solid choice. I got it for $15 on sale, and for that price it was an outstanding value.

Does the job effectively. Bought it to replace a wireless mouse that went bad.

I purchased this mouse less than a year ago, and it broke nine months later. The scroll wheel started clicking and getting stuck in a couple of months, then broke altogether. Had to buy a new one.

Installs by itself. I have used daily for three weeks with no problems. I don’t even use a mouse pad. It works fine on my desktop surface.

I bought this mouse with my new laptop. This is much easier than using a finger on the pad. Takes 3 seconds to get started but saves a lot of time when getting where you want to go.
