Dongle doesn't work correctly.

You can't get the mouse to track correctly. You have to remove the dongle so windows will disregard the driver and then when you plug the dongle back in it reinstalls the driver and then it usually works, not every time, but when it does work it is very responsive and smooth as well as being comfortable in the hand. Did not have this problem with my previous mouse and its dongle. Hoping to return this mouse and try a new one.

I wish I could "zero star" this mouse

Although it feels very good in your hand it was a complete waste of money. I find myself resetting my mouse every 5 to 10 minutes because it gets very sluggish and unresponsive. I replaced this mouse after a week of use.

It needs a perfectly flat surface to work. Logitech works on literally all surfaces.

Not the best mouse

Also it kept losing it's signal and I had to shut it off and turn it back on to regain the signal.
