I bought this and I was having difficulty using it as I always use Logitech.. I don't recommend

I’ve owned this mouse for exactly 4 months, and I’m on my third battery. The features say the battery should last up to 10 months - 4 months is not even half of that. I bought this mouse while it was on sale, so I didn’t feel as irked at having to replace it already. I just can’t justify all the future battery spending I will need on this not-at-all-special mouse. Would not recommend.

It feels the left side is heaver when you move this mouse, because battery is placed in the left side...…

I have a very hard time getting the USB into the slot in my laptop, no problem with other products/tools. I am afraid this may eventually break given the pressure I have to apply.

The wheel does not last very long. It softens up and wants to come off the plastic inner wheel. The wheel should be made from a solid or thicker piece of rubber.

I was expecting more from a Microsoft but somehow this mouse model is not as reactive as I was it to be.

I don’t like it. The mouse is glitchy at times. Slow at times or just won’t connect. But the scroll wheel has no texture and no accuracy. The pc is 2 feet from were I use it and often it doesn’t work as it’s to far away. The dongle is bigger then others. I thought Microsoft would have value over Logitech same price point but I was mistaken

This is a small mouse best for travel rather than a dedicated desktop setup unless you have very small hands.

Not a Bluetooth mouse as some might expect (their use of the term "Bluetrack" notwithstanding). Needs a dongle to connect to a computer. And it's the old fashioned USB-A type, not the current USB-C. Even with an adapter, it's not compatible with my MacBook Pro. Sorry I bought it. Seduced by the $9.99 sale price.

The mouse was ok most of the time, but sometimes it would get a little skittish. Maybe something was affecting it.

This mouse is good for travel but for desk use it sucks your batteries dry. I would stick with a wired mouse for at the desk stuff

I wish it filled my hand better. Works jerky on our older 2014 desktops and we will be looking into why?

I was disappointed in the quality . the buttons were loose when pushed. veery dusty and dirty.

Good mouse, the issue is you need to keep replacing batteries very often.

This so far is my negative review on stuff i bought at bestbuy. Its wireless capability was just slow. The cursor reacts pretty late, not as responsive as expected. I bought it thinking that with the brand, it should do better. I picked it for a change compared to the typical logitechs i had but got dissatisfied. I actually would not want to replace it but my wife got so impatient and bought a better one instead. Now its just inside the drawer of our office table.

this seemed like a good mouse, and it may have been my windows etc. but the tracking was not at all on target when moving mouse around... sorry

Couldn’t use it with my Lenovo Yoga because of the usb dongle. Purchased the Lenovo yoga wireless mouse instead. Way better quality. Similar collapse feature as Microsoft surface Pro mouse but 1/3 cost. Bottom line - way better options for a wireless mouse. Just pay attention to features.

works really well. I wish I would have bought one with the detents in the scroll wheel. this one doesn't have them and is rather touchy.

Works fine, but too small for my hand and battries drain very fast.
