    The card works as expected and nothing is wrong with it but there are definitely other sites that can process the order quicker than this.

    Since game pass prices are rising this gift is worse now than it was when I bought it. Otherwise you get what you pay for. It's just that what you pay for is worse than it was a few days ago.

    Digital codes from best buy take too long to get emailed to you (you'd think theyd be faster for repeat purchasers). Also sucks that we can't use points to buy digital codes. We can earn points, but not use them.

    I would have rated this much lower if I could have, took over 3 hours to receive the redemption code, normally it is like 5 maybe 10 minutes at most. BB phone support has tanked and is absolutely brutal to interact with, very frustrating to sat the least.

    It was exactly what they wanted. Made my ghoulfriends day to say the least. Only downside it can take over an hour or more to receive the email with the code.

    I ordered a digital Xbox gift card for grandsons bday. Didn't show up. Digital dept said they were busy and it wasn't processed. It missed the bday and I couldn't get a refund. Very unhappy

    It's a gift card that can only be used on their respective consoles. If you only own an Xbox One and find a digital 360 game you will need to use your debit/credit card info to buy it.

    I absolutely love it. I ordered it, and received it within 10 minutes. I dont know how they do it. The shipping speeds are insane. I think it's a great product, but its a little pricey. I wish it were more like $10. Other than that its a great product. use it almost every day.
